Helianthus can visit your workplace and give 10, 20 or 30 minute seated massages to your staff according to your operational needs, allowing employees a short yet effective break from their workload.
As massage is delivered through clothes, no preparation time is required. Up to 36 employees can be massaged in one day (based on 10 minute sessions) and a diary sheet is provided to pre-book sessions in advance, to avoid delays and potential disruptions.
A promotional pack can be supplied to encourage staff to sign up (if they need any encouragement that is!) All equipment is provided and virtually no space is required (only 2.5m2 in a quiet room or area within the workplace).
Consultation forms are completed prior to the massage session to highlight particular areas of discomfort or concern.
Bespoke aftercare advice is given to each individual to manage their own health and wellbeing and reduce stress, which in turn can help reduce sickness-related absence levels and long-term health problems.
